Flying Eagles hold Nurnberg U23 to a draw

The country's U20 team have opened their friendly account in Germany with a draw against a top division side as they countdown to the Fifa World Cup in Turkey

Nigeria’s U-20 team drew 1-1 with Nurnberg’s U-23 team in a test game on Wednesday as part of the build-up to the Fifa U-20 World Cup in Turkey.

President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Aminu Maigari, watched the game played at the Nurnberg training ground and afterwards charged the team to prepare well so as to win the U-20 World 

Cup.

i guess my national team is making us proud all the way. i can now sit and anticipate their match like the European league games. lol
